• “say it with flowers” subscription boxes cost from £29.95 to £49.95 each, or £39.95 to £59.95 if you have ordered one of our signature collection bouquets.  
We also provide seasonal bouquets for special occasions throughout the year such as Valentines. Prices are available on request.
 
• Because our flowers come direct from the grower and are cut to order, we can only guarantee changes to your order if requested 72 hours before the scheduled delivery day. 
Should you not fulfil the notice requirement your request will commence from the following weeks subscription.
 
• By joining our subscription, you are opting to receive our flowers weekly.  You agree to receive flowers each week and to be charged a weekly fee.  Should you wish to cancel your subscription, we ask that you provide us with 72 Hours’ notice before your next delivery.
 
 
• If you would like to recommend a friend and receive the bonus of a week free on your subscription or choose a free bouquet from our signature collection.
 
• All offers and discount codes, may only be used once per household, customer, or address, should you not adhere to our rules we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
 
 
• Our reputation means the world to us, if you feel your flowers are not up to it or fresh and we agree that we have not met your expectation, we will, at our discretion, provide you with a discount off your next delivery, or send you a replacement box on the next delivery.
 
• Every week we will send you new flowers in line with the seasons and our grower’s availability.  We provide a variety of flowers for all to enjoy, however, we cannot know if they are unsuitable for you, your family or pets.  Please let us know if you have any special requests.
 
 
• Our clients may send ad-hoc bouquets to themselves or as gifts to friends, payment is taken in full at the time of ordering as above 72 Hours’ notice before your next delivery to cancel any delivery of flowers.
 
• Your deliveries will be made by our third-party courier DPD, they offer a timed delivery service and should you provide your email and mobile number on the morning of delivery.  You will be notified of the time slot.  From time-to-time events beyond our control may mean that deliveries are not made on time. Neither “say it with flowers or DPD can be held responsible.  
 
• Your personal data is important to us; we promise to look after your data in accordance with data protection rules. Please head to our Privacy Policy for more information.
